Fall of passengers on the bus due to its intensive braking

Abstract

The article deals with the injuries of the passengers A, B and C on a bus, which were caused due to the bus braking intensively. A procedure of a technical expert using the PC Crash simulation program and the FORTIS forensic system is demonstrated. The stated cases, passenger falls, are one of the most challenging tasks for a technical expert and a description of how to proceed with an expertise can be considered a benefit. The calculation results and the method of parametrization and injury localization via the FORTIS system are presented in the article, too. Moreover, there are results of the examination and their substantiation.
